    We are very unusual in that we have a shop, from where we retail quailty funriture and household items. So often, we are able to buy items which can be used to offset the costs in clearing other items.

How It Works

INITIAL VALUATION

If you are able, we would ask you to email us pictures of the house/rooms you are considering clearing. This helps give us some idea of their value and direct your enquiry to the best person. You can do this using our contact form. If you are not able to do this, just ring the shop on 01799 527517 and we’ll put you into our book to call around to look.

It can take a week or two to get to you as we are usually booked up that far in advance (we are always very busy!) but we do try and deal with enquiries as soon as possible.

We will then visit at a mutually convenient time to assess the job. We will provide you with a quote, usually within 48 hours to clear the property. This quote is fixed and is always clear. There are never any hidden charges.
